Leadership is a solid bedrock. Every organization that has made ground breaking exploits and advancement would readily beacon that leadership has a great part to play in it. It cuts across all sphere of human activities.
We may categorically look at it in two dimensions, high level leadership which literally highlights the top group of persons or person in the managerial hierarchy of every organization and the low level leadership which usually entails group of persons responsible for the administration of smaller functional units within a greater framework of combined departments functioning as a body
Every man(woman) is a potential leader, although some have already benefited from early exposure. Most people have trained themselves to be on that level while others are still aspiring. Leadership is a sensitive responsibility and its success reflects the characters behind the scene, an organization which displays lukewarm growth or business stagnancy will bring to notice the ineffective and incompetent character of the leadership.
It stems down to their personal lives, always applying the blame game when things go real bad, they lack interest, commitment, determination, focus and are not enthusiastic about innovation, due to the above mentioned deficits the organization usually suffers unmerited setback.
